Varun Mallampalli visited Paris from May 28th to May 31st to attend the Alliance Summer School organized by Columbia University. At the meeting, Varun attended workshops on machine learning, GIS, web scraping and network analysis in the context of social sciences and economics. Varun also presented his preliminary work on groundwater and agriculture in India.
